While Liverpool now know their Premier League fixtures for the 2023/24 season, they will have to wait a little while longer yet until they discover their Europa League commitments.
The Reds are one of only 12 sides already confirmed to be in this season’s group-stages, with the draw not taking place until September 1 following the conclusion of qualification rounds. Liverpool are guaranteed to be seeded in pot one at least, earning them what should be a more favourable draw.
But while Jurgen Klopp’s side won’t find out their group-stage opponents until September, they do know when such games will take place, and now how they’ll fit into their Premier League schedule. However, it is worth noting that a number of their domestic fixtures will not take place on Saturday, as initially scheduled on fixture release day, due to their European exploits on Thursday nights.
