An ecstatic Liverpool FC steward was left “speechless” after Alisson Becker gave her his gloves at the end of the Merseyside Derby.
The Liverpool goalkeeper walked over to the Kop at full time and thanked the fans before giving Claire Roberts, 32, his match-worn gloves.
The Brazilian international then gave Claire, from Bromborough, a quick hug near the goal post before strolling back towards the centre circle.

Claire, who has been a Reds fan for more than 25 years, gave the ECHO a run-down of what happened.
She said: “I was speechless, I stand pretty close to the players and I was made up.
“Before the game he said 'be careful of the ball, as [the players] kick them really hard'. He’s just lovely.
“At the end of the game he walked towards the Kop. I have seen them give things to the crowd. When he came over and gave me the gloves, he fist bumped me and he was really friendly.
“I love him like all the Liverpool players, he’s just great!”
Footage emerged on Twitter of Alisson passing Claire his gloves on Monday morning. She replied to the video hours later and briefly described her elation.
Liverpool decisively beat rivals Everton 2-0 at Anfield on Sunday April, 24. The result moved the Reds back within one point of league leaders Manchester City.
The club’s 12th consecutive home win compounded local rivals Everton to another defeat on the road and left them in the relegation zone.
On Liverpool’s prospects for the remainder of the season, Claire said: “It’s my first season there but I will be staying on. We are going to win the league, we are going to win the quadruple.”
