Jude Bellingham appears to have ‘liked’ Liverpool’s win over Manchester United, judging by his social media activity.
The Reds claimed a famous 7-0 win over their bitter rivals in their Premier League clash at Anfield on Sunday. Cody Gakpo, Darwin Nunez and Mohamed Salah scored a brace each before Roberto Firmino finished off the scoring in front of the Kop.
After the full-time whistle, many Liverpool players took to social media to express their delight at the result. One of them was Trent Alexander-Arnold, with his Instagram post featuring a selfie in the Main Stand tunnel, as well as a photo of the scoreboard, which read “Liverpool 7 Manchester United 0”.

Eagle-eyed supporters have noticed that Bellingham, who continues to be heavily linked with a move to the Reds, liked the post from England international team-mate Alexander-Arnold. The Borussia Dortmund midfielder was also joined by former Liverpool players Adam Lallana, Daniel Sturridge, Dejan Lovren, Emre Can, Xherdan Shaqiri and Rhian Brewster in liking the post.
Alexander-Arnold recently spoke about Bellingham and the potential the 19-year-old has. But the Liverpool full-back was rather coy over whether he thought a move to Anfield this summer would happen.
"He's an incredible player, especially for his age," Alexander-Arnold told JOE on Friday, with a smile. "I think, deep down, only he knows his ceiling. I think there isn't really one.
“He can achieve what he wants to. He's got everything he needs to go and do that. He's one of those players that you just enjoy watching, enjoy seeing.
“The sky's the limit for him - he's an incredible player and an incredible person."
