Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will reportedly not be automatically banned from the touchline for the Reds’ Premier League clash with West Ham United on Wednesday night.
Klopp was sent off in the closing stages of Liverpool’s 1-0 win over Manchester City on Sunday for complaining about not winning a free-kick for a foul on Mohamed Salah by Bernardo Silva, leading to Liverpool’s German boss being sent to the stands for the final portion of the game.
However, it has been claimed by Associated Press that Klopp will not automatically be banned for his side’s match against West Ham on Wednesday night as the FA are set to look into his behaviour before making any decisions over whether or not he receive any punishments, including a potential ban, for the sending off.

It comes as a potential boost for a Liverpool side who have struggled so far this season, sitting eighth and 14 points behind league leaders Arsenal, although they do have a game in hand on them.
They could still however be without Klopp and up to eight players through injury, including wingers Luis Diaz and Diogo Jota, with Jota coming off on a stretcher during the win over City.
West Ham missed four players on Sunday for their 1-1 draw away at Southampton. Winger Maxwel Cornet (calf) and centre-back Nayef Aguerd are both expected to miss out, while centre-backs Kurt Zouma (illness) and Craig Dawson (dead leg) are also doubts.
