Jurgen Klopp could rebuild his Liverpool midfield with a double swoop on Italy's Serie A, according to reports.
With a number of out-of-contract players expected to depart Anfield this summer, changes are coming, with the team's engine room identified as the area of primary concern.
And reports in Italy are linking the Reds with a move for not one, but two players currently doing the business in Serie A.

Calciomercatoweb claims that Liverpool could go after Napoli playmaker Stanislav Lobotka this summer. The Slovakian is on course to finish this season as an Italian champion and has been a key part of his club's success, making 35 appearances in all competitions.
It is claimed that the Reds could lure him away from Italian football for a £43m fee.
The same outlet is also reporting that Liverpool boss Klopp could be in for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. I Biancocelesti won the Rome derby 1-0 on Sunday, moving them up to second in Serie A. But the capital club could be prepared to part company with their 28-year-old midfielder for around £44m.
That would effectively be a £87m outlay for the two players, which is still short of the amount the Reds would likely need to part with to capture Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund.
Liverpool's midfield is expected to be very different next season, with James Milner, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain all now in the last few months of their current contracts. Captain Jordan Henderson has been in and out of the first team and Thiago Alcantara continues to be blighted by niggly injuries, while Brazilian Fabinho has struggled for form.
