Renovations to two of Liverpool’s most iconic buildings will cost more than three quarters of a million pounds.
More than £800,000 has been awarded in contracts for repair work at St George’s Hall and Croxteth Hall in the last 12 months by Liverpool Council.
According to the register of contracts for the local authority, work worth £563,557 has been given to Stockport-based heritage property specialists Aura Conservation Ltd to take out priority works at Croxteth Hall.
