The January transfer window may be over but planning has already started for the summer period.
Liverpool managed to sign Luis Dias from Porto in the January window, and were extremely close in their attempt to bring Fulham prospect Fabio Carvalho to Anfield, whilst Arsenal and Chelsea signed no one of real note.
Carvalho stayed put in the end as both clubs ran out of time as a deal sheet was not submitted. It is expected that the Reds will go back in for the Fulham youngster in the summer.
