Liverpool have given themselves an outside chance of landing a place in the Champions League for next season after winning their last three Premier League matches.
The Reds' latest win came at the London Stadium on Wednesday night after Cody Gakpo and Joel Matip goals secured the three points after Lucas Paqueta opened the scoring.
Jurgen Klopp's side now sit in sixth in the Premier League - just six points away from Newcastle United in third and Manchester United in fourth.
Liverpool now have a run of three games on the bounce at Anfield with Tottenham Hotspur up next before Fulham and Brentford make the trip north. The Reds will then face struggling Leicester City and then the final home game will be against high-flying Aston Villa.
Klopp's side will end their season away to Southampton on Sunday, May 28 and the Saints could still be fighting for Premier League survival at that point.
The Premier League is extremely tight at the bottom of the table with five teams all fighting for their lives. The battle for European football is still ongoing with Liverpool in the thick of it while Manchester City have taken control from Arsenal in the title race.
