Last weekend could turn out to be a hugely important one in this season’s title race.
Liverpool came from behind to secure a crucial 3-1 victory over Norwich City at Anfield, and that was a win made more significant by events just a couple of hours later as Manchester City suffered a 3-2 defeat at home to Tottenham Hotspur.
Both those results mean that should Liverpool beat Leeds United this week at Anfield, then they’ll be just three points behind the champions as we head towards to business end of the campaign.
