The United States women’s hockey team took care of business in Monday's semifinal matchup against Sweden and will next play in the gold medal game on Thursday.
After a bit of a slow start in the first period, Team USA scored four goals in the second period and cruised to a 5-0 win. It was their fifth straight shutout win and it sets up a date with either Switzerland or Canada in the championship game.
Team USA hasn't won a gold medal since 2018 but that could change in a few days as they've been absolutely dominant in the Milan Cortina Games.
Here's a look back at our live blog from Monday's win over Sweden.
