US 'not encouraging' drone strikes in Russia, State Department says

The US has denied any involvement in drone attacks on Russian bases widely seen as having been perpetrated by Kyiv. Meanwhile, Ukraine scrambled to restore its battered power grid a day after key facilities were targeted in the latest wave of Russian missile strikes.
