Russia and Ukraine each exchange 50 prisoners of war

Russia and Ukraine each exchanged 50 captured soldiers on Sunday in a deal both sides welcomed even as they fought one another in eastern Ukraine. Moscow said it carried out deadly missile strikes in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk that killed “more than 600 Ukrainian servicemen”, but Kyiv rejected the claim, while Reuters reported there were no obvious signs of casualties.
