Razer Blade 18 (2024) in black. (Image credit: Ben Wilson | Windows Central)

Iterating on its predecessor with cutting-edge Wi-Fi 7 connectivity and Intel's 14th Gen Core i9-14900HX processor, the Blade 18's 2024 refresh comes with NVIDIA's most powerful RTX 4090 graphics card if you spring for the 'Mercury Edition.' It's a fancy name for silver, but it looked great on the Blade 14 (2023) Mercury Edition when we tested that and should suit its gigantic 18-inch sibling just fine. Able to run absolutely any PC game out there, the Razer Blade 18 is the company's high-end gaming laptop with the best components you could hope for.

As I said in my review, "There's really nothing else to it: the Razer Blade 18 is the best gaming laptop in the world. Thankfully, the 2024 refresh sticks with a design that's as subtle as possible and doesn't scream, "look at me, I'm a gamer," with oversaturated RGB."

This beast of a portable gaming workstation doesn't see too many deals that bring it down to the realms of normality, but Woot has it for a rare 20% discount, and it won't last long at this price. — Ben Wilson

A simple looking mouse, the DeathAdder V3 is anything but when gaming. (Image credit: Windows Central | Zachary Boddy)

Razer made its name with gaming mice, and now has a wide variety of mice across every price range and product category. Orochi caters to the mobile warriors, Basilisk for those that demand the most in features and ergonomics, Viper for ambidextrous gaming pros, Naga for those who need all the buttons, Cobra for a balance of features and performance, and... DeathAdder. These mice are all about pure performance, designed for esports and hardcore competitive players with designs sculpted to the right hand.

The Razer DeathAdder V3 I reviewed is the current baby in the lineup, but it's absolutely no slouch when it comes down to it. Tactile and reliable optical mouse switches, 8,000Hz polling rates over a frictionless braided cable, 30,000 DPI sensitivity, and less than 60g of weight make the DeathAdder V3 a beast on the gaming battlefield. It's a stellar mouse, and it's a shockingly good value considering the sheer capabilities, even at its full retail price.

As I concluded in my review, "It's hard to fault the Razer DeathAdder V3, which more than justifies its price tag with incredible performance and a design so light it simply fades away in use. As long as you're okay with a wire and a right-handed design, the DeathAdder V3 is guaranteed not to disappoint." Shaving $25 off that price tag is no laughing matter, although you'll have to be okay with dragging that wire around. — Zachary Boddy

It's been around for a few years, but it's still an incredible keyboard, and even better when you can buy it as cheap as it is right now. (Image credit: Windows Central)

The Razer Huntsman V2 has been around for a while now, but age is nothing but a number for great products like this. The Huntsman line is where Razer first dabbled with its optical switches, using light beams instead of metal contacts for instant actuation.

It's every bit the premium keyboard. It's built like a tank, too, so it'll last the course. For general everyday use, the purple switch version is definitely the best, and it's hardly a slouch for gaming, either. If you're purely wanting the best gaming performance, Razer also offers a linear optical switch.

I didn't write our review, Editor-in-Chief, Daniel Rubino, did, but I've spent many long hours using a Huntsman V2 of my own, and I'm in the same agreement. It's epic. — Richard Devine

I always said that this Razer Xbox controller and quick charge stand was overpriced and purely for those with money to burn, but frankly now it's on sale if I could get this at this price in the UK, I'd be seriously reconsidering my position. If you are really fond of the Razer signature branding as well as the transparent style reminiscent of the old Xbox Phantom controllers (and now the Cipher collection) this a great bundle that gets you both the sexy controller and a matching Razer Quick charge stand. At $129.99 rather than the eye watering OG price of $199.99, it's easier to stomach and it's certainly a collectors dream — Jennifer Young

I reviewed many headsets after this one, but always returned to it after. (Image credit: Windows Central | Zachary Boddy)

When I reviewed the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023), I was almost upset by how good it was. My previous review had been for the Razer Kraken Kitty V2 Pro headset, and I simply couldn't bring myself to return to it after I experienced the BlackShark V2 Pro. My cat ears were gone, but in its place I got a best-in-class microphone, amazing comfort, incredible audio performance, and a battery that just didn't want to die.

I reviewed many headsets after the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro, but none convinced me to give it up... Until now. The Razer Kraken V4 Pro I recently reviewed finally took that place, but even then the BlackShark V2 Pro has the superior microphone and far better endurance for literally half the price. This is a headset favored by esports athletes for a reason, and I still recommend it wholeheartedly. Sadly, it rarely goes on sale.

Well, Black Friday is here, and the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) is enjoying a rare discount that brings it down to $179.99 at Best Buy. It's not the craziest deal, but I recommend this headset at full price — so it deserves extra recommendation when it's discounted. — Zachary Boddy

The original Basilisk V3 Pro is still my number one mouse, and I saw no reason to upgrade to the new 35K version. (Image credit: Windows Central | Zachary Boddy)

I'm not the one who reviewed the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro wireless gaming mouse for Windows Central, but this is still the mouse I personally choose to use every day. Whatever mouse I may be reviewing, the Basilisk V3 Pro always coerces me back with its unbeatable ergonomics, loads of additional features, colorful aesthetics, and excellent performance. Being able to wirelessly charge it with Razer's Mouse Dock Pro (which also acts a wireless receiver) is just another benefit.

I love this mouse, but the comfort and that smart scroll wheel are definitely the highlights for me. This mouse is heavy and absolutely designed for right-handed users, but those willing to sacrifice a little bit of raw performance in exchange for additional features and luxuries will certainly not be disappointed in the Basilisk V3 Pro.

It's worth mentioning that this mouse recently got an upgraded version, but it's difficult to recommend the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K when it's largely the exact same mouse but with slightly better performance and slightly longer battery life. The regular Basilisk V3 Pro is always around $30 cheaper now, but this deal doubles that gap — basically, don't get the newer version. The original Basilisk V3 Pro is the far better deal, giving you 99% of the same mouse experience at a fraction of the price. — Zachary Boddy

The Razer Leviathan V2 connects wirelessly via Bluetooth, offers a fantastic audio soundscape, and fun RGB. (Image credit: Ben Wilson | Windows Central)

Our own Ben Wilson conducted our Razer Leviathan V2 Soundbar (2-piece) review and found that this audio accessory offers some spectacular THX spatial audio speakers alongside a great subwoofer. In his review, Ben said, "Adjusting the equalizer to my preferred settings with high bass and treble meant that everything I played back sounded tremendously intense."

Now, it's worth noting that you can also get the soundbar on its own at a deal price. It usually sells for $99.99, but it's currently only $84.99 at Best Buy. There's also a renewed option selling for $62.99 at Amazon, so you've got a few deal options to choose from.

Something to note is that the V2 version does not feature a 3.5mm and optical audio port like the V1 did. However, it does support Bluetooth 5.2 for a wireless connection. Plus, you can adjust the fun RGB lighting using Razer apps until you get just the right effects and colors you want. — Rebecca Spear

Despite Black Friday not actually being until, well, Friday, the deals are mostly already live across the big retailers. There might well be some doorbusters we haven't seen yet coming on the day, but for the most part, there's no need to wait.

Razer has a lot of great deals going on already, and you'll find all the best ones above in this post. We'll be keeping a close eye on things throughout the week, bringing you the best that Razer has to offer. — Richard Devine

This isn't my Razer USB Type-C Dock, but I do have one in my everyday bag. (Image credit: Jennifer Young - Windows Central)

In a world dominated by the universal USB Type-C port, having a capable and reliable USB hub that can give you all the ports and features you need is vital. For me (and at least one other member of the Windows Central team), that role is brilliantly filled by the Razer USB Type-C Dock, an 11-in-1 USB hub with 85W Power Delivery charging passthrough for your laptop.

It's worth mentioning that this is not a docking station — it doesn't need a power source of its own to function, although plugging it in can also keep your laptop juiced up. It's an extremely sleek, all-aluminum USB hub that can easily slip into any bag or backpack pocket, and the entire product just screams "quality." USB hubs aren't known for featuring premium builds, but Razer apparently didn't get that memo.

My colleague Jennifer Young is the one who reviewed the Razer USB Type-C Dock, and concluded in her review, "The Razer USB-C dock is an excellent device for anyone who needs a portable and stylish dock for their laptop. The aluminum casing and braided cable perfectly match the aesthetics of Razer laptops and other accessories, giving you a sleek and cohesive look. It has all the ports I need for work, play, and podcasting, and most importantly, I can easily take it from home to backpack for working on the go."

For a limited time, the Razer USB Type-C Dock is also an incredibly good deal thanks to a steep 33% discount knocking it down to just $79.99 at Razer.

Sound quality is the saving grace of the non-Pro BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed. (Image credit: Windows Central | Zachary Boddy)

It's similar to the BlackShark V2 Pro, but the standard HyperSpeed headset for PC gamers still offers "an impossible value proposition" despite being the cheaper model. In Zachary Boddy's review, they call it "an incredible wireless gaming headset and a killer value" thanks to gigantic battery life and the same world-class microphone as its 'Pro' counterpart. Usually selling for $129.99 MSRP, this Black Friday deal makes it hilariously easy to recommend with a $30 discount.

The microphone itself isn't detachable, so remember that before you buy. Still, if you're constantly playing with friends and need a high-quality mic, you'll appreciate Razer's efforts in its 'HyperClear Super Wideband' tech (a fancy name that translates to great audio quality.) It also doubles up its usefulness for anyone creating gaming compilation clips or livestreaming, as Zachary dubbed it, "one of the best mics on any gaming headset, even good enough for light content creation or streaming."

Again, this wireless headset is aimed at PC gamers and isn't an option for those on Xbox. Nevertheless, it offers an incredible microphone with multi-day battery life and becomes an ultra-desirable option at this limited-time price at Best Buy. Don't miss it. — Ben Wilson

Razer's Enki X chair is still a great pick years after its release. (Image credit: Daniel Rubino | Windows Central)

One of Razer's lesser-known specialties lies in its excellent range of premium gaming chairs, generally because they're often quite expensive. The Enki X is one of its more affordable options, but an almost $400 MSRP can still feel like a push for some budget-conscious gamers. However, there's no substitute for comfort and health, and a $100 discount on this sleek gaming chair makes it a no-brainer.

Our Editor-in-Chief, Daniel Rubino, tested the Enki X for his review back in 2021 when Razer was a reasonably new face in the gaming chair category. Still, it made a strong impression on him and became a strong competitor to Razer's office-centric Iskur: "I think this is a better option for those who plan on spending eight hours a day sitting versus a "battle chair" idealized for long gaming sessions."

If you're long overdue for a more comfortable chair for your desk, the Enki X is a fantastic option, and the price makes more sense than ever. Grab it from Best Buy while it lasts, and they'll throw in a month's subscription to Discord Nitro. — Ben Wilson

Razer's Blade 16 is far more compelling with a lower price. (Image credit: Windows Central | Zachary Boddy)

One of the most significant roadblocks that held the Blade 16 back from scoring a higher rank in Zachary Boddy's review at the beginning of 2024 was its sky-high price tag. Otherwise, it's a monstrous gaming laptop with ultra-high-end components that'll crush any AAA game you throw at it, and this Black Friday discount removes the negativity of its steep cost.

At $3,000, it's still no budget-grade machine, but we never claimed it was. On the contrary, Zachary dubbed it clear as day in their review: "It's a status statement, with Razer's bright green logo letting everyone know you spend more for superior fit and finish." If you're fortunate enough to have a laptop of this caliber within your affordable range, you won't regret having held out for this discounted Blade 16 variant and its RTX 4080 GPU.

Loaded with a 16-inch OLED screen supporting up to 240Hz refresh rates, the 14th Gen Intel Core i9-14900HX processor pairs with the RTX 4080 to push framerates as high as possible. Opt for lower resolutions, and you'll be in better luck of hitting 240 FPS. Otherwise, it at least makes for a smooth desktop experience in Windows 11. It's one for the discerning gamer with plenty of spare cash. — Ben Wilson

The Razer Edge isn't much larger than your smartphone, but it's designed with gaming in mind. (Image credit: Windows Central | Zachary Boddy)

There are a lot more gaming handhelds on the market now than a few years ago, and one of the more underrated options hails from the Android-powered camp. The Razer Edge, which I reviewed, pairs Razer's gaming expertise with the open Android ecosystem, a powerful Qualcomm chipset, and a detachable mobile controller to create a surprisingly capable and versatile gaming handheld.

The Razer Edge is smaller than I'd like and limited by Razer's modest software additions, but its gorgeous 144Hz AMOLED display, respectable performance, and a Pro version of the Razer Kishi V2 mobile controller (with audio-to-haptics) go a long way toward making up for that.

You also have access to a shockingly diverse array of games to play between the growing Google Play Store (which increasingly offers full-blown games like Minecraft, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and many more), game emulation (which is very popular on Android, with many options from which to choose), and now game streaming through services like Xbox Cloud Gaming. I struggled to recommend the Edge at its full price, honestly, but there's zero hesitation with this deal, which knocks 37% off the retail price and throws in a free Razer skin (and another mystery gift). — Zachary Boddy

🎮Razer Edge Gaming Handheld + Kishi V2 Pro Mobile Controller: was $399.99 now $249.99 at Razer

Razer's DeathStalker V2 Pro. (Image credit: Daniel Rubino)

It may have been a couple of years since we tested the DeathStalker V2 Pro, but it still stands as one of the best low-profile gaming keyboards on the market, and its only downside at launch was its high price. Now that Best Buy has it down to $129.99, there's really nothing negative to say about the V2 Pro besides its lack of a wrist rest, but that's subject to personal taste.

Fetching around 40 to 50 hours of battery life when used wirelessly, you can always fall back on the included USB-C cable to use the DeathStalker V2 Pro like a standard wired keyboard to avoid mid-game disasters. Plus, the MFB (multi-function button) and media roller can be customized in Razer's Synapse companion app to practically anything you want, not just the usual volume control.

It's not an egregious gaming keyboard by any means. In fact, it's actually quite subtle and only really exposes its category when you crank the multi-colored RGB lighting effects to their fullest. Still, most gamers will love the DeathStalker V2 Pro now that it's at a reasonable price, but this deal won't last forever! — Ben Wilson

I thought the Kraken Kitty V2 Pro was a pretty great headset, but you gotta want the ears. (Image credit: Windows Central | Zachary Boddy)

Fun fact, one of my earliest reviews for Windows Central was the Razer Kraken Kitty V2 Pro, which also marked the beginning of my healthy working relationship with the black-and-green gaming company. This premium wired PC gaming headset shamelessly sells itself wholly on the back of its defining feature, and that's perfectly fine by me. As the name suggest, this is the ultimate headset for those who love cat ears.

Razer took its iconic Razer Kraken as the base, added a ton of RGB lighting, and threw in three sets of swappable ears for good measure (cat, bear, and rabbit). Complete with Razer's high-end audio drivers and THX 7.1 spatial audio, the Razer Kraken Kitty V2 Pro is quite the showcase for any gaming setup. It's certainly not the cheapest headset, though, especially considering you'll be tied down by that wire.

Right now, though, you can get the Kraken Kitty V2 Pro in both black and pink colorways at 3/4 of the price, making it a fantastic option for those who value aesthetic. I personally gave up this headset in favor of the more practical Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023), but I still miss the built-in, glowing ears of the Kraken Kitty.

Razer Cobra Pro's symmetrical design is lighter and thinner than Basilisk V3 Pro. (Image credit: Daniel Rubino)

While Razer's Basilisk mice are top-notch, they're explicitly designed for right-handed gamers. Not that the Cobra Pro was necessarily built with lefties in mind, but a symmetrical design makes gaming more comfortable for that crowd and some generally prefer it over a purpose-built shape. Plus, you'll get a more lightweight mouse over the Basilisk V3 Pro alongside being a slim option that's wireless, with wireless charging compatibility if you use Razer's Mouse Dock Pro.

Usually, the Razer Cobra Pro can be a little off-putting given its high $129.99 MSRP, but this Black Friday deal brings it down to a much more reasonable price. Loaded with 11 RGB zones that are customizable with Razer's companion apps, where you can also adjust the 30,000 DPI sensor's polling rate up to 4,000Hz.

It's undoubtedly designed for gamers first, but there's no reason it can't double up as your daily mouse for work if you tone down the RGB and extend its battery life. A great option that's finally under $100. — Ben Wilson

Get the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro instead of the Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. (Image credit: Windows Central | Jez Corden)

"Wait, this isn't even a deal!"

No, I know, the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro is still full price during Black Friday, but here's the thing: it's worth it. We've seen so many failures with Microsoft's official Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 controller that Jez Corden says it makes more sense to get the Wolverine V3 Pro instead, even at full price. I have to agree, and it's a real shame that the second-generation Elite turned out to be so problematic.

Dead bumpers and stick drift are especially annoying when you're paying over $100 for a controller. So, if you have the budget to buy a premium joypad in that range, do yourself a favor and spring for Razer's superior option. — Ben Wilson

The Razer Freyja is a unique product that adds a new level of immersion to gaming. (Image credit: Windows Central)

While the Razer Freyja isn't actually discounted for Black Friday, it's still worth talking about as one of Razer's most exciting new products. This haptic cushion fits to your existing office or gaming chair, hooks up to your PC and then vibrates in relation to your games.

The Sensa HD platform is open to game developers to build into their titles, but Razer also designed the Freyja to use game audio to generate haptic feedback. This means any game can be used with it, and even your favorite tunes. It's one of my favorite new products in a while. — Richard Devine
