Kyiv officials said Ukraine's capital was hit by Russian missile strikes on Thursday as UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres held talks with President Volodymyr Zelensky. Earlier, US President Joe Biden asked Congress to approve an additional $33 billion in military and economic assistance to "help Ukraine defend itself against Russian aggression".Follow FRANCE 24's liveblog for all the latest.
