Explosion damages Kerch bridge linking Crimea to Russia

An explosion on the Kerch road-and-rail bridge, the sole land link between Crimea and Russia, set oil tankers ablaze and caused the collapse of two car lanes, Russian authorities said Saturday. The Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant has lost its external power connection as a result of Russian shelling and is relying on backup diesel generators, Ukraine's state nuclear company said.
