Turkey says Ukraine, Russia agree on deal to resume Black Sea grain exports

Ukraine and Russia will sign a deal on Friday to lift a blockade of Black Sea grain exports that has escalated a global food crisis, Ankara said on Thursday after hosting talks between the warring sides. Earlier, Russia reopened its biggest gas pipeline to Germany at less than half normal capacity after a maintenance shutdown, amid worries of European energy shortages to come.
