Radiation detectors around Ukraine's Chernobyl nuclear power plant are back online for the first time since Russia's invasion and radiation levels are normal, the International Atomic Energy Agency said Tuesday. Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov began a two-day visit to Turkey for talks on unblocking grain exports from Ukraine, which have been stalled by Moscow's offensive.
