Little Mix star Jade Thirlwall appeared to make a sly dig about former bandmate Jesy Nelson leaving the pop group.
The singer, 29, made an appearance on the latest episode of Drag Race UK vs The World as a guest judge.
During the episode, the five remaining queens formed the ultimate mega girl group and performed the track London.
RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Jade and Graham Norton were on the judging panel.
Before the queens began their performance, Ru asked Jade: "How did recording with the queens compare to recording with Little Mix?"
Jade quickly responded: "Oh it's just the same really.
"I bossed everyone around and there there's an ugly rumour going around that one of the girls is leaving the group tonight."
Ru thought the comment was hilarious and burst out laughing while Michelle gasped.
Fans thought the pop icon was referring to Jesy leaving the band over a year ago and took to Twitter to comment on it.
"THE JESY NELSON READ FROM JADE," one user gasped, while another said: "Jade shading Jesy best part of drag race so far."
One user added: "Not the leaving the group comment, Jade the shade."
Another posted: " Jade throwing shade at Jesy. I. AM .... LIVING."
Jesy had announced she was leaving the group back in December 2020.
At the time, she told fans that she was leaving as 'being in the band has really taken a toll on my mental health."
"I find the constant pressure of being in a girl group and living up t expectations very hard," she said.

"There comes a time in life when we need to reinvest in taking care of ourselves rather than focusing on making other people happy, and I feel like now is the time to begin the process.
"I need to spend some time with the people I love, doing things that makes me happy. I'm ready to embark on a new chapter in my life - I'm not sure what it's going to look like right now, but I hope you'll still be there to support me."
Since then, the star went on to launch her own solo career and even released a single called Boyz.
However, the music video ended up receiving endless backlash with the star being accused of blackfishing.
