They were the trusted friends and family of King Charles and Queen Camilla who helped their Coronation day go off without a hitch.
And now a brand new official picture has shown the newly crowned King and Queen standing proudly alongside their pages of honour and ladies in attendance to mark their big day.
The charming snap taken in Buckingham Palace's throne room by Hugh Burnard straight after their appearance on the palace balcony shows the King looking regal in his Robe of Estate and Imperial State Crown.
The Queen is pictured wearing Queen Mary's crown and Robe of Estate - with the couple surrounded by their attendants.
It comes after a second photograph was also released showing a beaming King with his two heirs Prince William and Prince George.
But who are the pages and ladies in their wider group shot? Here we take a look...
Ralph Tollemache
On the far left of the photo is the first of the King's pages of honour Ralph Tollemache - a son of one of Charles' godchildren.
The 12-year-old's father is Edward Tollemache, a banker and aristocrat, who welcomed the King to his wedding to his wife Sophie in 2007.
He too was a former page to the late Queen so no doubt his son asked him for advice.
As well as Ralph, he and Sophie, who had a part in the film A Fish Called Wanda, have two other children, Theo and Stella.
Lord Oliver Cholmondeley
Oliver, aged 13, is a son of the 7th Marquess of Cholmondeley and his wife and former model, Rose Hanbury.
He has a twin brother Alexander, who will one day inherit their father's title as he is older and is currently Earl of Rocksavage. They also have a younger sister called Iris.
According to the Telegraph, Oliver, second left in the photo, landed the page role as Alexander will one day inherit the family title.
However, Oliver is not the only one in his family to be a page to the monarch. His father David, 62, a filmmaker, was a page of honour to the late Queen for two years from the ages of 14 to 16 in the 1970s.
In 1990, he became the Lord Great Chamberlain, in charge of the Palace of Westminster, and served in this role up until Elizabeth II's death last year.
The family live at Houghton Hall in Norfolk, close to Prince William and Kate's Anmer Hall and they are good friends.
Prince George
The youngest of the King's pages and the most well-known, Prince George was by his grandfather's side on his Coronation Day.
At just nine years old, the eldest child of the Prince and Princess of Wales is several years younger than some of the other boys given page jobs.
However, as a future King, it is believed that his parents and grandfather were keen for him to have some sort of role in the ceremony.
A well-placed insider added: "The King is very keen to show those in the line of succession, his natural heirs, at the centre of his Coronation.
"Even though he is only nine, George is very mature and already has a deep understanding of the roles of his grandfather and father, as well as his future role."
Not only does George feature in this photo, but also in another alongside his father showing the King's direct heirs.
Nicholas Barclay
The fourth of Charles' pages is 13-year-old Nicholas Barclay - a son of his goddaughter Rose Troughton and her husband Piers Barclay.
Rose is the daughter of Sarah Troughton, who is now one of Queen Camilla's six companions who accompany her on engagements and is said to be one of her personal friends.
She is also a second cousin of Charles and is the first woman to hold the role of Lord-Lieutenant of Wiltshire.
Marchioness of Lansdowne
Directly to the left of the King is one of Camilla's attendants, the Marchioness of Lansdowne, who is known to be one of her closest friends.
In fact, she was appointed to the Royal Household last year as one of Camilla's trusted Queen's companions.
The 68-year-old, whose first name is Fiona, is an interior designer as well as the Deputy Lieutenant of Wiltshire and a godmother to Camilla's daughter Laura.
Annabel Elliot
Standing proudly to the right of Camilla is another of her attendants, her younger sister Annabel Elliot.
Annabel, aged 74, is an interior designer and antiques expert and is said to be close with Charles and Camilla.
She too is one of the Queen's companions, who were appointed last year and is the mother of Ben Elliot, a former chairman of the Conservative party.
Freddy Parker Bowles
Standing on the other side of Annabel is the first of Camilla's pages of honour - the grandson Freddy Parker Bowles.
At 13, he is the younger child of her son Tom and his former wife Sara and was previously pictured at Windsor last year supporting his grandmother during Garter Day.
He also has an older sister Lola, who was also at the Coronation and sat in the front row with her dad, aunt Laura and cousin Eliza.
Arthur Elliot
The second of Camilla's pages is her 10-year-old great-nephew Arthur Elliot.
Arthur is the grandson of Camilla's sister Annabel and his father Ben is a former co-chairman of the Conservative party.
His mum Mary-Clare is the daughter of singer Steve Winwood, who had hits with Valerie and Higher Love and sang at the Coronation concert, and he also has a younger brother called Ike.
Gus and Louis Lopes
Featuring in the far right of the shot are Camilla's two other grandsons and pages of honour, twins Gus then Louis Lopes.
The 13-year-olds are the younger sons of Camilla's daughter Laura and her husband Harry.
They also have an older sister called Eliza, who was a bridesmaid at the wedding of William and Kate more than 12 years ago.
Speaking to the Daily Mail ahead of the birth of the boys, Camilla said: "I just love them all to bits.
"Obviously I am being called on for more and more babysitting duties but it's wonderful. Laura was rather thrown when she was told she was having twins but we have never had them in the family before and I for one can't wait."
