A litter picker was shocked when she found four live PYTHONS dumped by the side of the road. Maria Clutterbuck, 54, was doing her daily litter pick on Good Friday when she noticed two pillowcases by a wall.
The mum-of-two first thought she had found two bags of sand on Chosen Way in her hometown of Hucclecote, Gloucester. But a closer inspection showed the sacks actually contained four huge snakes.
Maria, an online vintage business owner, said: "Originally I thought they were sandbags but there had been no road works recently. Then I realised they were cable-tied pillowcases and I think then my gut instinct knew something alive was inside.
