A Northern Ireland council strike has been called off as a mark of respect following the Queen’s death.
Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council saw the beginning of industrial action this week on Tuesday (August 6).
The strike has seen some controversy with union Unite alleging a breach of employment law by the council with its use of agency staff - a claim the council has rejected.
