Lisandro Martinez has admitted he is very proud that Manchester United fans have created a chant for him.
United signed Martinez for a fee of £46.8million, rising to £55.3m, on a five-year contract, plus an extra optional year this summer and the centre-back has quickly become a fan favourite after silencing critics who doubted he could play in the Premier League.
Although Martinez started in the Brentford debacle and was brought off at half-time, he has since bounced back to regularly start alongside Raphael Varane in each of United's wins against Liverpool, Southampton, Leicester and Arsenal.

Martinez has become a first-choice centre-back and his performances have made him a popular player among the terraces. United fans serenade Martinez with 'Argentina, Argentina' on matchdays and the player was asked about that chant on Thursday.
United beat FC Sheriff 2-0 in the Europa League and Martinez discussed the performance and his chant after the game.
"We got the three points, so it was very important for us. We work very hard every day in training, so today Sancho scored a fantastic goal, but how we played was fantastic. Sancho’s finish was great and in the end, we all celebrate," Martinez told MUTV.
"We know how big Cristiano Ronaldo is, he is very important for us and that he scored tonight, for his confidence and for the team.
"I’m really happy and a little bit surprised with that [love from fans], but at the same time I feel very proud. To come here to the best club in the world and the people say "Argentina, Argentina", for me it's amazing. Thanks to the fans for their support.”
