Lisa Faulkner and John Torode have opened up on the “tough” year they have faced as a couple following the presenter’s breast cancer diagnosis.
Faulkner, 54, announced earlier this year that she had undergone surgery following an early-stage diagnosis.
Speaking on Lorraine on Thursday (24 September), Torode described how “everything else just disappeared” when they heard the word cancer and praised his wife for being “amazing” during her treatment.
Faulkner updated viewers on her health, revealing that she has finished treatment following surgery and radiotherapy, and stressed the importance of attending mammogram appointments.
