In terms of overall health, the Atlanta Falcons (2-0) will have an advantage over the Detroit Lions (1-1) when they face off in Week 3.
Both teams released their final injury reports on Friday and while the Falcons listed two key players as questionable, the Lions ruled out several starters ahead of Sunday’s game.

The Falcons listed both Cordarrelle Patterson and cornerback Jeff Okudah as questionable on Friday’s injury report. Patterson sat out of Thursday’s practice with a thigh issue but returned on Friday.
