Lingo returned to ITV on Friday, for the week's final instalment of the popular word gameshow.
Adil Ray welcomed three new teams looking to test their linguistic skills. Jane and Mick, Joe and Bilal and Scarlett and Walter were in the studio, keen to battle it out for a potentially huge cash win. Within minutes of the show starting, however, Adil was left reeling by an admission from one of the players.
Married couple Jane and Mick from Chesterfield were first to be introduced to the show. Jane said she was feeling confident as she'd been practising.

Jane said: "It's has been going okay. During the night when often I can't sleep, I've been practising the old five letter words. Going through the alphabet, using them like counting sheep."
Adil asked: "Does it help you go to sleep or keep your more awake?" Jane replied: "It helps me go to sleep eventually".
The TV presenter, who is also known for hosting Good Morning Britain, looked worried as he then turned to the camera and said: "Is she saying Lingo makes her go to sleep?"
Lingo usually airs at 3pm on weekdays, however bank holiday weekend scheduling has seen the show moved to 4pm today (Friday) and again on Monday (April 18). Lingo will return to its usual 3 o'clock slot on ITV and the ITV Hub from Tuesday, April 19.
