A lingerie expert has claimed there is only one "correct" way to put on your bra - and most of us have been doing it wrong.
Kelly, who works at Janice Rose Lingerie, appeared in a viral video showing the different ways you can put a bra on.
However, most of them were incorrect and can shorten the lifespan of your favourite underwear. In the video, posted on @janiceroselingerie, Kelly can be seen trying on a white bra with clasps at the back.
