Nadia Sawalha has playfully poked fun at Nigella Lawson in a parody video on social media, with the celebrity chef becoming the latest person to be impersonated by her.
The presenter, 57, took to Instagram yesterday to upload a video of herself parodying Nigella, 62 - who has become known for her sultry narration in tutorials in her career.
It saw Nadia lip sync along to a voiceover made by Nigella - that had originally featured in a promotional video by the cookbook author for Walkers Crisps, released in May.
The Loose Women panelist wore black lingerie as she mimicked the crisp sandwich tutorial. Nadia gave an exaggerated interpretation and called Nigella her "muse."
The video began with Nadia stood in her kitchen as she mimed along to Nigella's voiceover. She said: "I adore bread, I adore crisps and together they are just rapturous!"
Nadia was seen playing with her hair and posing for the camera, before getting into the tutorial itself. She lathered her bread with butter and piled it high with crips.
Alongside such, Nigella said in her voiceover: "I believe in maximising pleasure, not curtailing it. A crisp sandwich provides that perfect carb on carb action".
"I'm a salt and vinegar person, but I do condone other flavours. Nothing fancy though," she added. Nigella is heard saying she's a "purist" - using just bread, butter and crisps.
After placing a second piece of bread on top of the crisps, Nadia was seen crushing the sandwich together. Her kitchen worktop was covered in crisps as she finished making it.
The footage concluded with the EastEnders alum showcasing her crisp sandwich. She was seen biting into it in the closing moments of the parody video on Instagram.
