Linfield have announced the pre-contract signing of striker Robbie McDaid.
The 25-year-old will officially become a Blues player on Friday after his Glentoran contract expires.
Glens boss Mick McDermott revealed last week that McDaid was leaving the Oval and confirmed the former Glenavon and Leeds United man had agreed a move to their Big Two rivals.

Linfield confirmed the deal on Wednesday. The club said on social media: "We are delighted to announce the pre-contract signing of Robbie McDaid from Glentoran.
"Robbie will become a Linfield player when his current contract expires, he will officially become a Linfield player on Friday."
McDaid’s Glentoran exit was one of the Irish League’s worst kept secrets and the 25-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to the Blues since the turn of the year.
McDermott said last week: “Robbie has decided to move on at the expiry of his current contract and has informed us that he has agreed terms with Linfield FC.
“Robbie scored some vital goals in his five seasons here, most notably playing an integral role in our 2020 Irish Cup success and scoring the winner in the final.
“He also successfully moved with us in 2019 from part-time to full-time football and played his part in our recent journey. He has left some great memories in the hearts of our fans and we wish him the best in his future.”
Meanwhile, Linfield also look set to re-sign striker Eetu Vertainen this summer. The Finnish striker spent the second half of last season on loan at Windsor Park.
Vertainen scored four goals in six Irish Premiership appearances for David Healy's Blues as they went on to win the title.
