Line Of Duty star Amy De Bhrún has said she was delighted to land a role on the hit BBC series on her own merit.
The Dubliner played Liverpudlian widow Steph Corbett and said it was as "real moment" to get the call to be on the show.
She said: “The first Line Of Duty when I was in when I got the call, and I never had that reaction.
