Customers of an online bank spent £10m this summer hiring Lime bikes, in the latest indication of the popularity of dockless e-bikes in London.
Lime does not make public the number of bikes it has in London nor its ridership, but about 10 per cent of the 1.5m bike trips made daily in the capital are made by dockless e-bike, according to Transport for London.
