More than half of people with stubborn eczema on their hands and feet saw their skin clear or nearly clear after 16 weeks on Eli Lilly's injectable drug Ebglyss, according to new phase 3b results. In the ADtouch trial, 53% of patients taking Ebglyss (lebrikizumab-lbkz) reached that goal, compared with 27% of patients given a placebo.
The findings were released by Eli Lilly on Sept. 30, 2026, and presented as late-breaking data at the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Congress in Vienna. Lilly funded and ran the study. The results have not yet been published in a peer-reviewed journal, so outside scientists have not fully reviewed the data.
