SEATTLE - As we approach the month of May, more and more leagues around the world are starting to be decided. Bayer Leverkusen sealed its first-ever German Bundesliga title this past weekend, and more European leagues will follow suit in the next month or so. That is also the case for Mexico's Liga MX, who will conclude its last game of the regular season this week. Club América and Toluca are tied at the top of the league table with 32 points and certainly will want to secure the top seed.
Back in Europe, the UEFA Women's Champions League will know its two finalists this weekend, as both series come to an end. Reigning champions Barcelona find themselves in a tough spot, as they dropped the first leg 1-0 to Chelsea. Eight-time winners Lyon also hold a minimal advantage over domestic rivals PSG, who seek the first UWCL final appearance in club history.
