Residents living on a street in which house prices have increased by over 75% have spoken out about life in their neighbourhood.
Oak Tree, Mansfield, topped the list of locations with the fastest house price growth throughout the whole of Nottinghamshire in the year to June 2021.
The average home in this area sells for around £197,500 - a 78% increase from the year before when the sale price averaged £111,250.
