Liel Abada has issued a short response to his recent injury setback with Celtic fans' fears eased.
The young Israeli had been said to have suffered an injury while on international duty with his country, something Hoops boss Ange Postecoglou had initially been hoping would not occur with his top players. Add this the links that the 21-year-old could be the subject of a £10m swoop from English Premier League outfit Southampton.
It has been reported Abada could not agree fresh terms with the Parkhead side on a pay rise but focus quickly shifted to a potential injury situation. Yet Sport5 in his homeland claim an MRI scan was set for Wednesday but that the fear of a muscle tear 'had been removed'.

They claimed: "Before the training, good news came from the direction of Liel Abada, who stretched his quadriceps muscle last night and abandoned the training.
"The fear of a muscle tear has been removed and now the player will try to return gradually with the goal of trying to qualify him for the match against Kosovo."
Abada himself was quoted as saying: “I feel much better than yesterday."
The Israelis face off with Kosovo at home in crucial EURO 2024 qualifiers before a tough test in Switzerland next week.
