Lidl, Supervalu, Dunnes and Tesco June Bank Holiday opening times

The June Bank Holiday is on the way and it marks the occasion of summer officially kicking off.

People across the country will be able to enjoy a well deserved three day weekend.

Not only will there be a number of events nationwide to keep us busy, the people of Ireland are also set for a possible long weekend of warm weather and sunshine.

And if you're planning any BBQ's or parties in the back garden, then you'll maybe want to know what times the shops will be open during the weekend.

So far, many supermarkets look to still be open but we have provided a brief look at the opening hours.

Tesco

Tesco opening hours change depending on each individual store. Usually Bank Holiday hours are the same as an average Monday.

Lidl

Lidl operates with opening hours of 9am to 9pm on bank holidays.

Monday - Saturday 8am - 10pm

Sunday 9am - 9pm

Aldi

Aldi (Simon Hadley)

Aldi stores will open as normal from 9am-10pm on the June Bank Holiday Monday.

Monday - Friday 9am - 10pm

Saturday - Sunday 9am - 9pm

Dunnes Stores

Different owners will put in place different times for Dunnes Stores so you will have to check for your own local spot.

All Supervalu stores operate under their own management and therefore will have different opening hours countrywide.
