Lidl shoppers praise £1.50 product that 'could help a lot of people' on low income

One bargain hunter shared details of a lesser-known Lidl product that they say "could help a lot of people", and other shoppers were quick to agree.

As part of its commitment to reducing food waste, the budget retailer sells Too Good To Waste boxes which are full of fruit and vegetables that are "still good to use, but would have otherwise been thrown away".

The 5kg boxes are priced at £1.50 and are normally found near the checkout area, subject to availability.
