The Norway international scored his third hat-trick in the league this season as the Premier League champions comfortably beat rivals Manchester City 6-3 over the weekend.
“He’s one of those players that I would say if you get an opportunity as a football fan to get a ticket in the ground where he's playing. Go and watch him,” Neville said. "You could go watch Ronaldo go and watch Messi go watch something that's just completely you know, it's like a one-off type opportunity to watch a player and that's what Erling Harland is. He is exceptional.”
