Oasis legend Liam Gallagher is planning a massive party in Ireland for his mother’s 80th next year and has admitted to "sometimes" watching Gaelic football.

The icon, whose family are from Co Mayo, said it will be bigger than a music festival as he gets all the family together to celebrate Peggy’s big occasion.

Speaking to the 2 Johnnies on the latest episode of their podcast, Liam said: “It’s me mam’s 80th next year so I’ll be over then.
