Australia will field a full marathon squad of six for the Paris Olympics after Liam Adams earned a late call-up following weeks of uncertainty.
Australia's best-finishing male marathon runner at the Rio and Tokyo Games, the 37-year-old Adams will compete at his third Olympics.
