Does LG offer free shipping?
Yes, most LG orders include free shipping to addresses within the contiguous USA, including large and small electronics, appliances and TVs, and electronics. Policies differ depending on the size of your item - for example, there is an option for Room Of Choice delivery for appliances (for an additional fee). However, for orders that only contain small parts and accessories, you will usually be charged a shipping fee, which will be listed at the checkout.
What is MyLG?
MyLG is the brand's members program, which offers easier shopping, simple support, and additional savings when you a MyLG account. Joining is free once you've purchased an LG product, and makes it easier to keep track of your orders and access user manuals and warranty information.
When signing up, you'll need to provide details of the LG device you've just purchased, which will allow you to get discounts on LG Premium Care plans and arrange repairs if necessary. You'll also receive additional benefits, with exclusive offers including a welcome coupon for 20% off your next order of parts and accessories, as well as access to the rewards program.
How does MyLG Rewards work?
First of all, you'll need to create a MyLG account to get started. Whenever you're signed in, you'll be able to earn between 5 - 20% of the value of selected purchases back in reward points. Every 100 points is equal to $1, and you can save and redeem points at the checkout for discounts at the checkout, letting you save a little extra as a repeat customer.
Can LG install my device?
Many LG items, such as home appliances and TVs, are eligible for in-home installation. As standard, this comes at an additional fee, rising up to $400 depending on the item in question, but LG also regularly offers free installation on selected items through time-limited promotions. Keep an eye out for these deals to save on additional fees.
What is the LG returns policy?
Customers can return items to LG within 14 - 30 days depending on the kind of item they're hoping to return. Vacuums and laptops are covered for 30 days from the date of purchase, whereas other items are subject to a 14-day return period. Items will need to be sent back in the condition and packaging they were received in to qualify for a refund.
Returns are generally free, with LG providing a prepaid label or organising collection once you notify them of your intention to return your items. However, items purchased through the Outlet must be returned within 7 days for returns to be free - orders returned in 8 - 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee.
