Hiding secret messages in logos is nothing new to many companies and electronics brand LG is no exception to this, with people flocking online to share the real meaning of the iconic logo.
Millions of people across the globe are accustomed to the big red smiley face plastered in high street shops and online but if you look closer, you might spot something 'hiding in plain sight'.

The brand’s letters actually make up the features of the face - the L is used as the nose and the G creates the outside of the face and the smile.
An insider said that the two letters are placed on the face this way to make customers feel more connected to the brand, reports The Daily Record.
They told The Sun: “These hidden messages help LG to appear more approachable and inviting.”
LG has also shared more on its brand identity on its own website - and there appears to be much more to the logo.
A notice reads: “LG is the brand that is Delightfully Smart. 'Life's Good' slogan, and futuristic logo are a great representation of what we stand for.
“Global, Tomorrow, Energy, Humanity and Technology are the pillars that this corporation is founded on; with the capital letters L and G positioned inside a circle to centre our ideals above all else, humanity. The symbol mark stands for our resolve to establish a lasting relationship with, and to achieve the highest satisfaction for our customers.”
They continued: "The letters 'L' and 'G' in a circle symbolise the world, future, youth, humanity, and technology. Our philosophy is based on Humanity. Also, it represents LG's efforts to keep close relationships with our customers around the world.
"The symbol mark consists of two elements: the LG logo in LG Grey and the stylised image of a human face in the unique LG Red colour.
"Red, the main colour, represents our friendliness, and also gives a strong impression of LG's commitment to deliver the best.
"Therefore, the shape or the colour of this symbol mark must never be changed."
