The first Imagine New Circle meeting was held Thursday and the Lexington city councilmember whose district includes much of the area in question called it a “finally kind of moment.” Councilmember Denise Gray grew up in the 6^th District and says the stretch between Newtown Pike and Richmond Road needs a lot of work.

“It feels like the residents of the north side have been heard about the issues regarding a New Circle Road regarding the numerous car dealerships, the lack of opportunity.”
