Well folks, it’s official: Lewis Hamilton has hard-launched Kim Kardashian, all-but confirming that the pair are dating after months of speculation.
The F1 racer and reality star reached IG-official status on Monday, when Hamilton shared a high-speed clip of himself zooming around Tokyo in a red Ferrari to Instagram.
“HERE WE GO AGAIN,” Hamilton captioned the clip, followed by the Japanese flag emoji and the quip, “TOKYO DRIFT VOL. III”.
Kardashian doesn’t appear in the whiplash-inducing video until the very end, when she’s seen in the passenger seat as Hamiltown wraps up his hoon sesh.
“That’s insane,” Kardashian says, clearly a little dizzied by the high-speed joyride.
It marks the clearest indication that Hamilton and Kardashian are an item, following a joint sighting of the pair in Tokyo ahead of Hamilton’s F1 race in the city late last month.
Beyond that, neither party has officially commented on their romantic status, which makes Kardashian’s IG appearance feel like an outright confirmation.
They did accompany each other at the Super Bowl in February, but Kardashian has largely borrowed from Kylie Jenner’s playbook of remaining frustratingly coy about her love life.
For his part, Hamilton has left a few crumbs of intel about the romance, including leaving a love heart eyes emoji comment on one of Kardashian’s Instagram Posts last month.
Maybe at this point we don’t need official confirmation — since the hard-launch and flirty comments basically do that for us — but without any clear comments from either party, we’re left guessing that maybe they are just really good friends, or that Kardashian is an F1 enthusiast with sport’s biggest icon as her coach.
If confirmed, Hamilton would become Kardashian’s latest BF since divorcing Kanye West in 2022, with the reality star linked to Pete Davidson and Odell Beckham Jr. in the years since.
Here’s hoping Hamilton might simply pop up on an episode of The Kardashians soon enough.
