Lewis Capaldi has said that he could be forced to give up his music career if his mental health worsens.

The singer spoke candidly about his struggles following the release of his second album Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent on Friday (May 19).

He said that "a few panic attacks" alongside his Tourette's diagnosis was worth the trade-off to be a chart-topping popstar, reports the Daily Record.
