Lewis Capaldi's older brother has made his soap debut after starring in a popular BBC show.
Anthony Capaldi portrayed Barnaby ‘Baz’ Tunworth in a recent episode of medical drama Casualty, which aired on Saturday night.
In the show, the 29-year-old's character had been impaled by a bull after he and a friend provoked the animal to post the video on social media, reports the Sun.
In the gory scenes, Baz's intestines were exposed after his altercation with the bull which landed him in hospital needing urgent treatment.
And the Capaldi brother's older sister Danielle took to social media to congratulate her younger brother on his soap debut.
Taking to Instagram, she wrote: “My other little brother on Casualty last night.”
Prior to his Casualty performance, Anthony has featured in a range of performances including the BBC Scottish film Haggis and Lewis's Someone You Loved music video.
He has also played parts in short dramas 'The Way We Used to Be' and 'Sign Your Life Away'.
Meanwhile, Calvin Harris recently revealed he had recorded a song with Lewis Capaldi but it got 'lost'.
According to the singer, the Scots music sensations recorded a song together a few years ago, but the recording got lost after the West Lothian crooner got a hold of it.
Calvin, who is currently the highest-paid DJ in the world, told The Mirror : “We made a tune together two years ago and then something happened to it. He put it on his laptop and then lost it or something."
He added: “He’s a great lad and even though we’re not best friends or anything like that, it’s always nice to see a Scottish lad doing well.”
Both Lewis and Calvin are chart-toppers whose hits frequently reach No.1 on the charts, and we can only imagine how good their lost song would be.
