Lewis Capaldi’s brand new album ‘Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent’ has sold more than Ed Sheeran’s ’Subtract’ sold in its entire first week, making it the fastest-selling album of 2023 so far, the Official Chart Company has confirmed.

Lewis' brand new album continues to out-sell the rest of the Top 20 contenders combined and surpassed 2023's previous fastest-selling album, which is Ed Sheeran's Subtract, with over 24 hours of tracking still to be accounted for.
