Lewis Capaldi is coming to Manchester as part of a 31-part tour in 2023 where he will perform songs from a brand new album, Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent'.
The pop superstar is coming to Manchester's AO Arena on Wednesday 18 January in the third leg of a 31-stop European tour. Tickets for the gig will go on pre sale on Wednesday 26 October on Ticketmaster and SeeTickets, while general sale tickets will go on sale on Friday 28 October here.
Capaldi, who reached the top of the UK singles chart with his latest song, Forget Me, says the new album and tour will be more of the same after selling over ten million copies of his debut album, Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent.

He says: " I don't want to create a new sound for myself, or reinvent myself.” says Lewis. “The songs I want to write are emotional songs, about love or loss.
“I felt like I was sounding better because I was just chilled out in my own gaff. Also, a lot of this record was made with most of the same people who I worked with on the first one: TMS, Phil Plested, Nick Atkinson and Edd Holloway. At least one of them's on almost every song.”
The tour begins in Leeds on 14 January before visiting Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow and Aberdeen. There are dates in Birmingham, Nottingham, Belfast, Dublin, Cardiff and Exeter before the tour visits several European countries. It ends in Munich on 15 March.
