Motherwell manager Steven Hammell reckons Rangers defender Leon King is lucky not to have picked up a red card against his side.
The Steelmen were marching through on goal before the teenager clattered into Stuart McKinstry, with only a yellow card brandished. Rangers came out 2-1 winners at Fir Park thanks to goals from Malik Tillman and John Lundstram, with McKinstry pulling a goal back for his team.
Lanarkshire boss Hammell watched defender King's tackle and believes while there's debate on whether or not he was the last man, it was a challenge with force. The Motherwell gaffer said of the incident and the game as a whole: "I think it is a red card. Not for where it is on the pitch and where Stuart is going - that is up for debate - but I think the actual tackle in isolation is poor. I think he catches him high.

"There is a lot of force in it. I think Stuart is lucky not to come away with an injury on the back of it. It is a poor tackle.
"I think we put a lot into the game but the goals we concede are not good enough. It's too cheap. It's big moments in the game and fine details that win and lose matches at this level.
"Going in at 0-0 wasn't the worst thing, but the most disappointing part is those 15-20 minutes after half-time. That's the vital part of the game and in that period we were poor and left short."
