Little Mix babe and new mum-of-two Leigh-Anne Pinnock is negotiating a seven-figure book deal, reports claim.
The 30-year-old singer could be in receipt of a bumper payday should her negotiating skills succeed and she lands a coveted book deal before heading on hiatus in the summer.
With her powerful documentary on racism, Race, Pop & Power, which aired on BBC Three last year, the new mum has her sights set on a book that focuses on a similar theme.
A source has told The Sun : "This is stuff she's passionate about - it isn't going to be an expose on life in a pop band, more an insight into her feelings about who she has become in that time, what she stands for and what she believes in.
"The reaction to her documentary really spurred Leigh-Anne to want to do more. She knows her platform can help other people too and she wants to represent as many young women like her as she can."
They added: "This is about stepping out from a band and defining who she is going to be as an independent woman and as an artist going forwards. She's very excited at the prospect of working on it and getting it out to fans."
Since Jesy Nelson left Little Mix, Leigh-Anne has gone on to focus on her solo career and even starred in a hit movie last year.
Leigh-Anne was a hit in the Christmas film titled Boxing Day, where she played the role of Georgia, a musical superstar and ex-girlfriend of the film's main character, Melvin.
Dipping her toe into the world of acting comes as mega girl group Little Mix gears up to wrap up their final tour.
Leigh-Anne, Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwall recently announced that the band would be going on hiatus so that the trio can work on their solo careers.
In December 2021, one year after Jesy Nelson left the band, the remaining members of Little Mix announced the group will be taking a break.
Taking to social media they said: "We wanted to let you all know that after the Confetti tour in April/May next year we are going to be taking a break from Little Mix.
"It's been 10 amazing years, a wonderful non-stop adventure, and we feel the time is right to take a break so we can recharge and work on some other projects.
"We can't thank you enough for your love and never-ending support since the beginning. We love you all SO much."
They then added: "We are not splitting up - Little Mix are here to stay. We have plans for more music, tours and performances in the future. We've made so many incredible memories with you all, and we can't wait to make so many more.
"We're sisters and we'll always have each other and you, the fans, in our lives. Little Mix is forever, see you on tour! Jade, Leigh-Anne and Perrie."
