Leigh-Anne Pinnock has admitted she's struggling with a long-distance relationship while she works in America and her fiancé Andre Grey is in the UK.
The former Little Mix songstress is currently in the process of working on her first solo album since the group went on an indefinite hiatus in 2022.
While she may be preparing for solo stardom, it appears the workload is taking its toll on the 31-year-old as she updated Twitter fans on her love life.
Despite her worries, the singer was flooded with messages of support from her adoring fans who also related to her feelings.
In view of her 65.8k followers, the mother-of-two penned: "Long distance sucks. I want my safety net. Especially now. Can anyone relate? X"
One fan responded: "It really sucks :( but distance sometimes can prove if the friendship or relationship is strong enough to last," which resonated with Leigh who replied: "This is so true! Generally, feel like we can make it through anything now."
When another fan mentioned that she and her girlfriend have a long-distance relationship, Leigh-Anne shared how she keeps hers alive by revealing: "Thank goodness for FaceTime right!? Honestly, what would we do without it?"
Leigh-Anne and Andre have been in a relationship since 2016 with the former Watford player proposing to the hitmaker in 2020.
Andre, 31, got down on one knee with a ring said to be worth an eye-watering £40,000 during a lavish display at their home.
As their relationship has gone from strength to strength, they welcomed twins in August 2021 but have decided to keep their identities private and only share brief insights into family life.
Since going solo, Leigh-Anne has been updating fans on her venture and admitted emotions were high as she headed to the studio after signing with a major label.
Sharing a snap with her Instagram followers, she penned: "It's been a weird couple of weeks, getting used to certain life changes. Emotions are flying, but I'm excited for the year ahead. We've been cooking up a storm."
Since Little Mix disbanded, Leigh-Anne signed with Warner Records in February 2022 and has received praise from her former bandmates including Perrie Edwards.
On International Women's Day, she shared a cover video singing along to SWV's track, Weak, and wrote: "Happy #InternationalWomensDay! I really wanted to share something special this year so I recorded a little cover of one of my all time favourite songs by one of the greatest girl groups of all time.
"I've been singing this since I was little and it felt fitting to sing it for #IWD. I hope you enjoy it! And don’t worry, there's much more to come so stay tuned... Leigh-Anne xx."
